Migraine Treatment

Homoeopathic treatment of headaches comprises of controlling the pain and other symptoms during acute episodes and the long term treatment with constitutional remedy to reduce the frequency and intensity of acute episodes till it is finally cured .
As stated earlier Homeopathy is Scientific, Logical, Safe, Quick and Extremely Effective method of Healing. It offers long lasting relief and permanent cure, treating the disease from its roots. It’s one of the most rational sciences with respect to its concepts of health, disease and cure. It takes into account not only the disease symptoms but also the symptoms of healthy mind and body , ie. the nature, reactions, likes, dislikes and preferences (w.r.t. food, temperature, climate, surroundings, people and other external influences) of a person when in health. These symptoms helps to identify and individualize (differentiate him from another person ) a person. Thus we can in a way say that get a customized remedy for a person based on not only his disease but also his other unique characteristic symptoms which he exhibits even when he is not diseased. The idea of customization which is being catching up now a days in today’s modern world is actually being used by homoeopaths for over 200 yrs for medical purpose . Its quite obvious and common sense that nothing can be better than customized medicines .
And these customized medicines , “THE SIMILIMUM” (a medicine covering or matching with most of the important and characteristics symptoms of an individual i.e. the patient ), what we usually refer to them as, acts by stimulating the immunity or causing some subtle corrections in the body , thus leading to a long lasting cure.

Lifestyle changes, healthy balanced diet, regular exercises, maintaining sleep routine, breathing exercises , relaxation techniques and meditation has proven to be improving both frequency and intensity of headaches.
